    • Improve, develop and upgrade the performance level of its tests and services,
    • Reaching the highest performance rates with appropriate cost and working to increase National Company for Cement NCC profitability
    • Fostering the attitude of excellence among the staff by recognizing valued performance and affording opportunities for continuing education and training to implement the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and comply with the policies and procedures presented in the quality manual and other management system documents.
