One of the company’s goals, which is stipulated in the company’s policy, is to provide thousands of direct and indirect job opportunities for the people of Upper Egypt,
which helps in the development of Upper Egypt, as 90% of the regular workers in the factories complex are from the people of Upper Egypt, as part of the social responsibility culture of the National Company for Cement in Beni Suef, and it played a pivotal role in skills development. Training programs were implemented for students and graduates of various colleges and institutes in the Factories Complex without charge.
