An Egyptian joint stock company established in accordance with Investment Law No. (72) of 2017, and is subject in its dealings to the Law of Joint Stock Companies and Partnerships Limited by Shares No. 159 of 1981. The National Company for Cement in Beni Suef is distinguished by having the largest cement factory in the Middle East and the world, which includes (6) cement production lines in one place and was established in (18) months. The production capacity of the production lines: (12) million tons of clinker annually, and the capacity Productivity of paper bag production lines (cement packing bags): (200) million bags annually. The company owns an integrated management system based on thinking that based on studying risks and opportunities and achieving sustainable development in accordance with ISO requirements. The company has obtained three ISO certificates (9001-14001- 45001) from the British Standards Institution (BSI).
A presidential decree was issued to establish (National Company for Cement in Beni Suef) on October 31, 2018 as an Egyptian joint stock company in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 159 of 1981 promulgating the Law of Joint Stock Companies, Partnerships Limited by Shares and Limited Liability Companies and Investment Law No. 72 of 2017, provided that the contribution structure is ( National Service Projects Organization with a contribution rate of 98.98% - Al-Arish Cement Company / National Service Projects Organization with a contribution rate of 0.02% - Al-Nasr Company for Services and Maintenance - Queen Service / National Service Projects Organization with a contribution rate of 1%). The establishment of the National Company for Cement in Beni Suef came with the aim of securing Egypt's strategic needs of cement and meeting the demands of the urban renaissance that Egypt is witnessing in recent years from housing projects, reconstruction and infrastructure, and providing thousands of direct and indirect job opportunities for the people of Upper Egypt. The National Company for Cement in Beni Suef seeks to create a cement market that achieves a balance in prices and a fair profit for cement factories and existing investments in this field and it is looking forward to open a new markets for the Egyptian cement product and clinker in Africa, the neighboring Arab countries and the countries all over the world, in our belief in the necessity of contributing to the reconstruction and development of our brothers and friends, given that the Egyptian cement product is one of the best cement products in the world.

Major General Staff, Engineer / Mohamed Amr Gamal Zayan, assumed the presidency of the Board of Directors and the Managing Director of the National Company for Cement in Beni Suef on 16-12-2021. He previously held the position of Director Housing Fund armed forces.

Major General / Ahmed Ibrahim Al Srogy, took over the company’s general manager position on 6/11/2018 and previously held the position of Director of Major Projects Department / Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces.
The Company's Head Office
The Head Office of the National Company for Cement in Beni Suef is overlooking the Ring Road in front of the Police Academy in the Settlement and next to the Armed Forces Officers Club and Hotel (Jewel) in Zahraa, Nasr City / Cairo Governorate. The Head Office occupies the first and second floors of Tower No. 5 in the residential / commercial / administrative complex in Zahraa, Nasr City With an area of 3350 m2 and includes a civilized air-conditioned hall for customer service (sales - shipping - marketing - finance) and equipped with display screens and a system for organizing customer waiting to provide the best service and as soon as possible. The company’s Head Office also includes a large meeting room that accommodates 100 people, a hall for board meetings, administrative offices, a cafeteria, a tender hall, a clinic, a prayer room, and all the spaces of the head office are air-conditioned and equipped with a fire alarm / extinguishing system and a backup generator.
